Testimonial from OC Pools & Spa

I have referred several of my friends with businesses to Commercial Investigations inc. since I have had such great success collecting from customers I was told previously by other agencies were uncollectible. I gladly recommend CII to anyone who is owed money and not being paid!

Another testimonial from one of our faithful customers

Re-posted this Testimonial

I understand people do not like collectors or businesses that use b2b (business to business) strategies but from what I read online about Commercial Investigations, Inc. these comments have gotten out of hand. My business residence is in the greater Los Angeles area, and b2b phone calls happen all day long. If I had a dollar for every single time a b2b phone call occurred that did not swing in my favor, well I’d be so rich I’d be paying someone, to pay someone else to write what I’m writing.

I have run my own business for 10 years now, and before that I have worked in almost every single industry out there. I’ve done telemarketing work, I’ve done retail, and I’ve done phone sales. I understand the ups and the downs of collections and b2b calling.

On some comments made against Commercial Investigations, Inc. staff was overly assertive on the phone. Every time I interact with them I have never had such an experience, if you treat someone with respect they will do the same. This leads me to believe that most of these alleged stories it was not Commercial Investigations, Inc. that were the ones creating the problem but the other people on the phone. No one wants to blame themselves especially on the internet, it’s a lot easier to jump on this bandwagon of bashing.

I first interacted with Commercial Investigations, Inc. over the phone from a b2b phone call. The first phone call I was not interested, they continued to give me their information and I kindly said no thank you and hung up. However about 3 months later I received another phone call, at this time I asked for some information and literature. I actually ran this through my personal attorney, had him read through the fine print and clearly understood what I might get myself into. After that I decided to send over one account. Needless to say it snowballed from there, I just kept sending more and more accounts. Now C.I.I. is an intricate part of my business. You may not want to give their services a chance but is there really a need to attack them online? Commercial Investigations, Inc collects on my debtors and they show results at a reasonable cost, plain and simple.

Customer Testimonial about Commercial Investigations, Inc.

I have dealt with Commercial Investigations, Inc. for many months, and it absolutely amazes me the amount of absurd comments that have been said about this company. I understand the internet is an open forum for the masses but I never thought I would have to stand up for a company that has helped me out so much. It dumbfounds me to read the things being said.

I would like to give you on some correct information about Commercial Investigations, Inc. I have sent a total of 30+ overdue accounts of mine in the past year or so. A majority of my debt owed was recovered, some collection agencies just get what they can take, but Commercial Investigations, Inc. pushed for a rather high recovery percentage. During phone calls they never yelled or cursed at me. I was not easily convinced to use C.I.I. services at first however they called me about twice in five months, first phone call I quickly brushed them off, second phone call it was a more in-depth conversation. The staff member I talked to was confident, assertive, and they kept a professional tone while on the phone. This is nothing like anything that has been posted online from what I can see.

William James once said, “Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they've got a second.” Think about that for a second, and apply that to the situation. As a collector or a company that provides services, you have to be persistent; you have to keep trying, keep calling, and staying on top of situations. Your first phone call may not succeed but your chances are raised the more often you call. I personally have never been a collector but in my field of work we sell things. You have to make someone want to buy your product or service, and if you have a solid lead you keep on it. To be honest, if you do not want Commercial Investigations, Inc. not to call you; be civilized with them, settle out your debt, or if you are a company they are contacting to see if you’re interested in their services, kindly tell them no, or put yourself on a no call list, it’s just that simple.

If you do not agree with what I said that is fine, we are all entitled to our opinion. If you do not agree with Commercial Investigations, Inc. that is fine but there is no need to come online write blatant slander and join a biased bandwagon. People who have commented on Commercial Investigations, Inc. have had almost zero if not zero experience with the company yet they write so much negative comments on them. I am a loyal client, who has nothing but great things to say.

A word about Skip Tracing

Skip tracing is a commonly used technique used by collection agencies, bounty hunters, and various other outfits.

The reason I feel the need to blog about it, because it is becoming a bigger issue. It is becoming harder and harder to find your debtor or your "target." It is becoming much easier to fall off the grid now days, many people are not listed in the yellowbook any more either.

If you are  looking for a collections agency make sure you check with them about their skip tracing methods; are they cross referencing databases, are they checking with credit report companies, or criminal background check companies. Almost any job during the application process request their personnel to submit reports from companies to get a job, so make sure they are looking at all possible circuits and venues to find your debtor.

Another thing to ask whoever you are having do the skip tracing if they use pretexting. A definition of pretexting taken from:

"Pretexting refers to a specific form of deception in which the perpetrator acquires personal (usually finance-related) information through false pretences - that is, by making false statements, through misrepresentation, or by fraud - and subsequently uses it for some form of gain, or to avoid legal proces."

Now pretexting is legal in most states and in most situations but do you want your name attached to it. At Commercial Investigations, Inc. we use only the most ethical, and effecient means of skip-tracing. We want our clients to have absolute ease that we are upholding their name and our name during the skip-tracing process.
